Member States of the Nemkhav Federation
The Member States of the Nemkhav Federation are the constituent micronations that share sovereignty to form the Federation. Each State is a micronation in its own right, with its own customs, social structures and government systems. The Member States are afforded a large degree of independence in how they conduct their affairs, but are also bound by the federal constitution in the areas of human rights and the rule of law.
Micronations generally tend towards expertise in a particular field, with some nations favouring development of culture and others following a more technological path. The Nemkhav model of federalism is designed to combine these strengths in order to help each nation reach its full potential. During the heyday of the Second Federation, in mid to late 2011 and early 2012, the Federal Government had facilitated development in the area of constructed languages, technology and political theory.
