Marquess of Cacset is a title within the Peerage of Austreneland, first created for Riley Small on August 18, 2011. Its subsidiary titles are Earl of Appleby and Baron Small.
The title would have been granted earlier, but the grantee's St. Charlian citizenship prohibited them from accepting it, due to the fact that it would have automatically naturalized Small as an Austrene citizen, and dual micronational citizenship is not permitted for St. Chalians.
The peerage became dormant during the interregnary period between the reconstitution of Kozuc and the formation of Tura. It is now restored by an act of Parliament, releasing the Marquess from citizenship.
