The Lord High Treasurer of Tanaau is the third highest Great Officer of State in the Kingdom of Tanaau. It ranks above the Lord President of the Privy Council, and directly below the Lord High Chancellor. The office is largely ceremonial.

Role
The lord high treasurer is the ceremonial head of His Majesty's Treasury. In this capacity, the officeholder advises the Government of Tanaau and the monarch on financial matters. They also sometimes work with the Prime Minister of Tanaau in nominating a sound candidate for the position of Chancellor of the Exchequer.
Appointment
Like the other great officers of state, the lord high treasurer is appointed at the monarch's discression and serves at their pleasure. Unlike government ministers, the lord high treasurer is not nominated for office by the prime minister.

The office was established on 19 November 2023. It was founded alongside the other great officers of state.
