The Judicial Committee of the King's Privy Council for New Shropshire, normally referred to as simply the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and cited as PCNS, is the appellate court of New Shropshire.

Proceedings
It hears appeals from the Crown Court of New Shropshire, either by referral or by granting permission to the appellant. It sits very infrequently.
Membership
Any member of the Privy Council may sit in Judicial Committee proceedings, but by convention only those summoned by the Governor attend.
Who is summoned will depend on the case and which Privy Counsellors are likely to be the most suitable for it. The Governor or Vice-Governor will always sit in a case.
