Jordans Island is an unorganised territory of Roscamistan, formerly the East Galwegian Socialist Republic. It located in the River Corrib. The territory was annexed to East Galway after the Jordans Island and Moycullen City Act passed the House of Representatives. The island, alongside the Moycullen territory, became part of the Roscami Federation after the dissolution of East Galway.
History
The island was claimed as part of Galway as far back as the 13th century. The current history of the island started when it was annexed to East Galway as a territory. The island was annexed as stated by President Thomas Jacobs, for its strategic position in the River Corrib. Falcone de Los Santos was appointed Commissioner of the Territory on the 1st of January 2023.
The commissioner ceased his duties upon East Galway's demise on 20 July 2023. Since then, the Roscami government have been in control.
