Jacky Yang is a former Secretary of the Treasury of the Commonwealth of Dracul.
Early life
Jacky Yang was born on 17 October 2000 in the City of Taichung, Taiwan. Yang is currently studying abroad, at the University of Sydney, Australia in July 2019.
Personal life
As the current Secretary of the Treasury of Dracul, Yang joined the micronational community in the early 2019, used to work as a reporter for "Dracul Times News" in the first three months. Besides the academic and micronational community, Yang is a great fan of online games, such as League of Legends and Dungeons fighter. He also enjoy participating in the local politics in Taiwan.
