History of New Europe after the White Revolution

After the transition to democracy in late 2011, the changes in New European opinion were as radical as the political transformation. It is famously known as the White Revolution. These changes were even more striking when contrasted with the values and social practices that had prevailed in New European society until the collapse of the Regency government, especially throughout 2009 and early 2010. In essence, New European social values and attitudes were modernized at the same pace, and to the same degree, as the country's class structure, institutions, and political framework.
Under the direction of Johannus von Ikner, dominant New European social values were strongly fascist. Both public laws and nationalist regulations enforced a set of social structures aimed at preserving the traditional role of the family, distant and formal relations between ethnic groups, and controls over expression in the mass media, as well as over many other social institutions within the New European States. By the end of 2009, however, social values were changing faster than the law, inevitably creating tension between legal codes and reality. Even the monarchy had begun to move away from its more conservative positions by the latter part of the year. The government responded violently to these changes with a coup and not long after a full scale civil war.
Influence from union
One of the most powerful influences on New European social values has been the country's famous union with Eniarku and Ohio. In the months before the Regency Government, the government instituted reforms for the people to utilize however they never abandoned White Nationalism as the ideological base for New Europe. All liberal parties, in particular the Leftist Party, were government created and influenced. Fascism formed the enforcement of these ideal on the people who the government viewed as simple numbers to boost their capacity as a community power. After the Fascist's fell from power the Monarchy once again assumed absolute control over a crippled empire. This combined with the persecution of remaining Fascist leaders lead to an extreme population decline. The only thing keeping the government on the community stage was its close ties to Erusia's Robert Lethler.
Not long after the Regency Government was put into place Erusia collapsed causing all of New Europe's remaining influence to go with it. No community influence, cultural or political development, etc. caused the remaining population to completely desert their posts. When the Emperor first tried to revive New Europe he did so without a viable population. This was corrected after negotiations lead to the creation of the North American Confederation, boosting the governments of all micronations who joined. And although New Europe itself ceased to exist while part of the confederation its citizens, mostly from the Republic of Illinois, learned how to truly be part of a democratic system. However disputes from the North American Monarchy and government leadership lead to the collapse of the confederation.
Months later former citizens found the emperor, restored New Europe as much as they could at the point of its collapse in August 2010. Immediately a recruitment drive began to bring as many people to New Europe that had never been part of its institutions before. Those who had been part of New Europe demanded government reforms calling for a radical change in the way the government functioned and how the people should be viewed as. Above all, they brought back with them the cultural and political influences of St. Charlie, A1, and from the defunct confederation, contributing thereby to the cultural transformation of post-Fascist New Europe.
