The City of Helsmariehamn is the capital of Queensland and the country's largest city. This area of Helsmariehamn is home to many of the capital's main attractions, such as Helsmariehamn Palace, the Helsmariehamn District and the headquarters of GATM.
History
City of Helsmariehamn was formerly known as City of Hoponeken, but the name was changed in 2018. City of Helsmariehamn It is one of the key strategic areas of the Commonwealth of Queensland. The city is home to important government offices in the Commonwealth of Queensland and is home to Helsmariehamn District, headquarters of the Supreme Head's Guards
The city was the subject of a major attack in the Luna San Sino War in 2016, which was launched by a group hoping to cause the most damage to key parts of the Commonwealth of Queensland.

The Lord Mayor is appointed by the Crown each year, and takes office in May.
