General of the Air Force (abbreviated GAF) is a five-star air officer rank in the United Federation Air Force. General of the Air Force ranks immediately above a general and is equivalent to General of the Army in the United Federation Army and Fleet Admiral in the United Federation Navy.
Rank Senior
The only rank senior to the GAF is the rank of General of the Armies. No officer has yet attained the rank of GAF or higher.
Usage
The rank of General of the Air Force is not one frequently used but is still maintained in air force structure. The rank is usually awarded by the President with the consent of the United Federation Senate.
