The Fort Manhalia Command was a military alliance between the Kingdom of Michrenia and the Kingdom of Varina that was founded on April 6, 2013. In a meeting between Mikaila I of Michrenia and David I of Varina, the two nations agreed to share joint control of both Fort Manhalia Military District and the city of Shimate. The alliance lasted until both nations fell into inactivity, starting around July.

History

The Fort Manhalia Command conducted its first military exercise on April 8, 2013. Afterwards, the two nations occasionally organized meetings at Fort Manhalia. The first and only battle of the Command, occurring on May 15, 2013, and called the Skirmish of the Ides, resulted in a tie.

Military

At its height, the FMC carried a total of five soldiers, four from Michrenia and one from Varina. While all members of the alliance saw combat at some point, none ever participated in a true micronational war. The Command had large Nerf and Airsoft reserves and was fully capable of arming its entire fighting force with Airsoft. Both nations swore, however, to only arm with Airsoft if the fought enemy carried the same type of weaponry or stronger.
