The Regional flag of the Meiguo Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China is light blue with a rose flower beneath an arc of five golden five-pointed stars: one large star in the center of the arc with two smaller stars on each side of the large star.

The rose was chosen as the floral emblem of Meiguo. The blue field was created from the American background of the region, and to make a distinction from the flags of Hong Kong and Macau. The five five-pointed stars echo the design of the flag of the People's Republic of China, symbolizing the relationship Meiguo has with its sovereign state.
