The Five Wars are a fictional series of legendary conflicts between the Duisien people and the Nimmish invaders authored by Northudankton, central to the mythology of the First Duisien Civilization. These mythological accounts were created by the Kabaar and Lord Edward to justify the micronational war against Nimland in 2018 on historical grounds. The wars, believed to have been foretold by Saint Duisienbourgh, were said to bring about a new era of peace and understanding through the example of the Duisien people's resilience and unity after ages of darkness. The sequence of these wars and their profound impact on the Duisien people are central to their mythological heritage, symbolizing the struggle for survival and the ultimate quest for peace and unity.

The First Duisien-Nimmish War

The initial invasion by the Nimmish marked the beginning of prolonged and brutal fighting, nearly resulting in the complete defeat of Old Duisien. However, the Duisien people managed to withstand the onslaught and survive.

The Second Duisien-Nimmish War

Fifteen years after the first conflict, the Nimmish launched a surprise attack. Old Duisien, having anticipated this possibility, was well-prepared and successfully repelled the invaders, securing another victory.

The Third Duisien-Nimmish War

After a 30-year hiatus, the Nimmish returned with an even more deadly assault. Despite significant casualties on both sides, Old Duisien emerged victorious once again, further enraging the Nimmish.

The Fourth and Fifth Duisien-Nimmish Wars

The Nimmish, seeking revenge, began small-scale raids in the east, leading to the Fifth Duisien-Nimmish War. Simultaneously, internal conflicts within Old Duisien erupted into the Fourth Duisien-Nimmish War. These overlapping wars contributed to the eventual downfall of the Old Duisien Civilization.
