Executive Presidential Order 0007 is an order from First President Ethan Brinkman regarding the reformation of the Arstotzkan Federal Government. Its long title is the Executive Presidential Order on the reformation of the Legislative Bodies of the Arstotzkan Federal Government. It was drafted on the morning of March 3, 2022 and was placed into law that afternoon.

The order also creates the new legislature of the Federal Assembly of the Arstotzkan Union, which will hold the two legislative bodies of the Arstotzkan Federal Government.

Contents

The order has seven "articles". The first one repeals Article 4 of the Arstotzkan Statute on Government Systems 2021 which made the Executive branches of the Federal Government independent from the government as a whole. The second article amends Article 2 of the Arstotzkan Statute on Government Systems (2021), adding the executive branches of government into the Federal Government. The third and fourth amends Articles 2 & 12 of the Constitution of the Arstotzkan Union, changing Arstotzkan Federal Congress to Federal Assembly of the Arstotzkan Union. The fifth one, establishes the Federal Assembly and the sixth places the two houses into the Assembly.
