Dukedom of Wolverton
The title of Duke of Wolverton is a title granted by King Henry VII of Exeter to his grandson, James, Earl of Grantham, on 7 September 2022. At the same time he was also granted the titles of Earl of Battishill and Baron Bealy.
History
By tradition, members of the sovereign's family received titles upon their marriages, but the Dukedom of Wolverton was conferred upon James, then Viscount Ashcot, was given the English feudal barony title of Wolverton, and Bealy; and the Manorial Lordship title of Battishill, which became a Dukedom, a Barony and an Earldom.
The titles were granted with manorial and feudal rights to lands in the United Kingdom, and are physically attached to said lands and titles, which means that these titles are technically tradeable only by acquiring the English feudal titles that are attached to them.

The Duchy of Wolverton
The Dukedom of Wolverton is one of the various royal estates in Exeter. The estate includes the lands attached to the feudal and manorial British titles of Wolverton, Bealy and Battishill. The holder of this title is inherits possession of the Exonian duchy and title of Duke of Wolverton, but may not sell the assets for personal benefit, and in case of selling, the right to bear the title will pass unto the next holder.
There are three courts called Courts of Honor which acts as councils for each one of the tenues and a common court of honor which incorporates all manors under the authority of the Duke.
Although the Exonian government considers the duchy to be a crown body and therefore exempt from paying corporation tax. The tax exempt status of the duchy is not recognized in the United Kingdom so the government decided to open a Limited Liability Corporation which holds all the assets and rights as well as the liabilities and duties.
Financial arrangements
The principal activity of the duchy is the management of its land holdings in England. This includes lands of all three tenures themselves
