Waqiy ibn Ayatch al-Narjid, also known as Wack-e-Aytch, Wacky Aytc-H, or simply his online screen-name WackyH is an American micronationalist who has served as the President of both the State of Thejistan and Federated States of Duvall. He has also served multiple positions as a politician in the State of Hokoria.[1]
President of Thejistan
From 2018 to 2019, al-Narjid created multiple micronations located within his bedroom, including the Housate of Lemontain. There are little-to-no records about these states save for a sketchbook about Lemontain. On 6 August 2022, he founded the State of Thejistan and invited some of his friends to hold government offices. He authored several legal documents, including the Thejistani constitution.
In March of 2023, the government of Thejistan found itself in high tensions with a group it later designated as a terrorist group. Al-Narjid would convene with members of the government and lobby with other groups he had contact with in order to orchestrate a raid on the Discord server the group harbored itself in. The raid would be revealed to be called Operation Pitchfork after its conclusion. Many participants, including al-Narjid, have claimed to regret taking part in Operation Pitchfork.
Al-Narjid would find himself at conflict again during the 2023 Bedrocian coup, in which the leader of Hamburgersex's account was breached by a user only known as Fred Flinstone. Flinstone would declare Hamburgersex seceded from Thejistan, and attempted to justify this action by saying Thejistan should not enter foreign affairs with other nations, namely the State of Hokoria, which issued an official release stating it would not become involved in the conflict.[2] The leader of Hamburgersex's account would later regain access to their account and begin reversing Flinstone's actions.
Al-Narjid would dissolve the State of Thejistan on 21 December 2023, citing that the nation needed reform. He founded the Federated States of Duvall the following day.
President of Duvall
Al-Narjid declared the Federated States of Duvall a successor state to Thejistan on 22 December 2023. He would revise the old Thejistani constitution to now mention Duvall, along with some miscellaneous revisions as to how the government were to work. Instead of a union state, al-Narjid created Duvall as a union of states between the two territories of Hamburgeflorosapiarsex and Crag. He also declared himself the Bumbiddy of Crag while Hamburgeflorosapiarsex declared itself a communist dictatorship.
Al-Narjid represents the State of Crag to the Duvallestinian Chess Club, a series of chess matches between him and the leader of Hamburgeflorosapiarsex until its dissolution on 22 January 2024.
The former leader of Hamburgeflorosapiarsex's account would yet again be breached, this time by a user under the alias of Captain K'Nuckles. Al-Narjid attempted to negotiate with K'Nuckles before access was regained by the former leader of Hamburgeflorosapiarsex, who then revived the state as Barbequebaconburgerflorosapiarhypersex on 12 February 2024.
On 16 February 2024 al-Narjid's Discord account would be disabled for alleged violations of the Terms of Service. Discord would elaborate saying that his account triggered anti-abuse algorithms through either spam or fraudulent activity. In his absence, the leader of Barbequebaconburgerflorosapiarhypersex would declare themselves the de facto leader of Duvall. Al-Narjid would create a new account and regain access to the Duvall@Discord server the next day.
Hokorian poltiics
Al-Narjid is currently serving as Deputy Chancellor of the State of Hokoria, having served prior as Branch Officer for Exterior Affairs, and Branch Officer for Economics. He is the chairman of the Global Wackist Party, a merger of the Global Party of Hokoria and New Wackists of Hokoria party, which itself was a successor to the Wackists of Hokoria party that was shut down during a democratic reform.
During Hokoria's transition into a monarchy in February of 2024, al-Narjid declared himself Caliph of the region of Komichi. The position was never made official and was soon left abandoned.
Stickerball Caliphate
Within another Discord server al-Narjid participates in, four different groups are in direct opposition to one another. Among one of these groups is a club of fanatics of a user by the screen name of MrStickerball. Al-Narjid would join this group and would have multiple discussions with MrStickerball about a form of co-leadership. The discussions would result in al-Narjid being declared Caliph of the Stickerball alongside MrStickerball's full leadership of the group.
Diplomacy
The aftermath of the Bedrocian coup and Fred Flinstone's foreign policy continues to influence al-Narjid's own foreign policy. The Duvallestinian aquatic territory of Bolsaak is designated as the only area in which foreign diplomats would be physically permitted.
Al-Narjid served as the Thejistani emissary to the State of Hokoria, and ran a digital embassy within a channel on the WeAreHokoria Discord server throughout May of 2023. Following a deterioration of diplomatic relations between the governments of the two states, the Thejistani embassy was closed.[3]
