The Lord High Keeper of the Privy Seal of Laskaridia (French: Seigneur Altesse de la Signe Rouyale) is the second highest ranking Great Officer of State, it ranks right below the Lord Great Chamberlain of the Royal Household. The position, like other Great Officers are prestigious but ceremonial. They do not merit political or royal control. The Lord High Keeper of the Privy Seal is often times a herald or nobleman. Its present holder, [[Prince Otto of Alturia]] (signed as Alexander) who is a member of the House of Lascaria.
