The Deputy Prime Minister of Mevora is the second highest ranking minister of the crown and a member of the Mevoran cabinet. The title is not always in use and prime ministers can appoint deputies without giving them title of deputy prime minister. The deputy prime minister also sits as deputy head of government.

The office is currently vacant.

Constitutional Position

he office is not always in use, and prime ministers may use other offices, such as First Secretary of State, to indicate the seniority. The holder of the position has no right to automatic succession to the prime ministry.

The deputy prime minister is able to deputise for the prime minister in their absence.

Unofficial Deputies

The prime minister doesn't have to appoint a deputy prime minister to have a deputy. While the DPM is traditionally the prime minister's second in command, they can appoint people to other offices to indicate their seniority and establish them and their deputy.
