The Department of New Zealand Affairs (DNZA) is a government ministry and department of the Arstotzkan Federal Government which is tasked with relations and affairs with New Zealand. It was born from the New Zealand Affairs Bureau of the Department of International Affairs and Relations but following tensions increasing geo-politically and the re-establishing of relations with New Zealand on 31 December 2021, the Arstotzkan Union wished to completely solidify relations with New Zealand. The department was also created following the October Letter from the First President to the Senior Chairman of the Department of National Defense.

The Department is tasked with organizing trade relations and enforcing the Arstotzkan - New Zealand Agreement, which in the eyes of the Arstotzkan Union guarantee's Arstotzkan sovereignty over territorial claims, however New Zealand sees it as ensuring keeping peace with the Arstotzkan Union.

The Department was founded by the House of Representatives Congressional Committee on New Zealand Relations and the new Domestic Protection Bill 2022.
