The Dale Communist Party is a Marxist-Leninist organisation currently under the leadership of General Secretary Astrid Kiernan. It has been described by commentators as 'dictatorial' and 'totalitarian' in its control over the People's Republic of Dale. Nonetheless, it allows the existence and election of other parties such as the Unity Bloc and the Chatshit Party, the latter due to their subscription to Chatshitology. It does not recognize, however, the Darly the Duck Party.
