The Confederate Board of Davonia (CBD) is a bicameral legislative body in the Confederation of Davonia.

Senate Departments
In total, there are 5 departments in the CBD Senate, each with one leader. Those departments are the Federal Department of the CBD (FDCBD), the States Department of the CBD (SDCBD), the Youth Program of Davonia (YPD), the International Council of Davonia (ICD), and the Board of Education of Davonia (BED).
Each department has one leader. These leaders are in charge of debating and discussing bills and laws, as well as deciding on what is best for the nation. These 5 department heads are the only members of the first house of the CBD, the Senate. It is the senate's job to write bills and propose them to the COOD, OOTCBOD, and SOTCOD.
House of Representatives
The House of Representatives works differently from the senate. The senate consists of departments, and only has 5 members. The House of Representatives, on the other hand, has an amount of members that depends on the number of states in the union, and does not have any specific departments. Each autonomous state is to have 10 representatives representing it.
The House of Representatives' job is to represent the needs and wants of the citizens of Davonia. This means that they will listen to the concerns of the citizens, and will discuss the citizens' needs with the Senate, COOD, OOTCBOD, and SOTCOD. From there, the other members of the government will write, propose, and pass bills as they see fit.
Membership
There are currently 15 positions in the CBD. However, due to a lack of government figures, all 15 are held by the SOTCOD until people can be found to fill the positions.
