The Common Order directive is the planned policy of the Common Union of Easway Government, which aims to incorporate Biarmia, arctic land of present day Northern Russia and a small strip of northeastern Norway, into the Easwegian state as a collection of two commonwealths, the Pomors Frontier and Nenetsia, alongside a third commonwealth named the Svalbard Isles, currently under the administration of Easway and referred to as the Free Realm (as opposed to the Biarmian Displaced Territories).

The Common Order directive began to be formulated in private from November 2023 onwards when Grand Councillor Squ Bai, Easway's chief of state who succeeded paramount founder Emizerri, was elected into office. Federal Director of Education and Culture Devaade Raizerni spearheaded the plan and conducted the outline of the to be claimed borders, which was shared to the public through a speech delivered to the United Common Assembly by its President Swapardeshi on 8 January 2024. The assembly is expected to vote on the directive by 31 January 2024.
