Commander of the Ports (Falcar)

Commander of the Ports is a Title within The Kingdom of Falcar. It holds the same position as a Duke or Baron and refers to the landowner and ruler of the state of Maronia. As the landowner of Maronia is constitutionally also the Ruler, and The Monarch is also legally the landowner, the Commander of the ports is the King of Falcar.
It is not a military or naval title, and rather refers to the power to open or close Falcarian ports.
