The College of Heraldry and Nobility of the Principality of Nossia, simply know as The College, is an Nossian organization established in 2016 to promote heraldry in the principality and abroad. The organization is responsible for the rules about the creation of arms, genealogy and can grant new arms to individuals with the approval of the Prince, it also can deal with the arts of vexillology; the College also can assist foreigners who want to register their coat of arms in the principality. The College was established by the Prince of the Nossians.
