Cohors I Theodosia, formerly known as Cohors I Declana and prior to that as the 1st Highland Regiment, was the only cohort in Legio II Augusta, a unit in the Austenasian Army.
History
Cohors I Theodosia was founded as the 1st Highland Regiment on 8 March 2010 to accommodate large numbers of new recruits who had enlisted in the Austenasian Army to fight for the lawful Emperor during the Austenasian Civil War. This unit was partially mobilised on 6 March 2011 and re-annexed Tincomarus Department to the Empire.
On 13 January 2011, as part of wide reforms to the Austenasian Army, the Regiment was renamed Cohors I Declana after Declan I, II & V. It was later renamed on 17 January 2016 to Cohors I Theodosia, in honour of the emperors Theodosius I and II. It was dissolved on 17 June 2020 alongside the Austenasian Army as a whole.
