New Kiautschou is the capital of the Warlord State of Zhangdao (an Ausverian protectorate), located in Long Island that was established on 11 October 2022. It is governed by Junfa Samuel W., appointed by the Chancellor of Ausveria. It was home to the main base of operations for the Organization for a Greater Fatherland, as well as housing a conscripted detachment of the Ausverian Volksarmee, now known as the Zhangdao Sacrificial Corps (aka the Zhangdao Militia)
History
Reichskommissariat New Kiautschou was proposed by Samuel W. on the September 25th, being vetoed by Fredrick M. due to the Chancellor's personal dislike of Samuel. However, on the second proposal, New Kiautschou was officially accepted as a Reichskommissariat on the 11th of October 2022, following the expedition Samuel W. led to learn more about the area.
2nd Ausverian Civil War
With the breakout of the Civil War, most of the population defected from the Ausverian Volksrepublik to National Ausveria, since it's de facto the main base of operations for the Organization for a Greater Fatherland on Long Island. The territory soon became under the total control of Nationalist forces and considered the capital of National Ausveria on Long Island.
Independence
Following the surrender of National Ausveria, Reichskommissariat New Kiautschou was given protectorate status and de facto independence by the Ausverian Chancellor Fred M., with Samuel W. declaring the formation of the Warlord State of Zhangdao, with New Kiautschou as its capital.
Geography and Borders
New Kiautschou claims the Long Island region of Setauket, with its sphere of influence in the surrounding towns and areas, including Port Jefferson and Stony Brook.
Name origin
The name New Kiautschou came from the original German territory in China during the reign of the German Empire, due to the 100% ethnic Chinese population of the territory.
Administration
The Reichskommissar of New Kiautschou was Samuel W., appointed as Reichskommisar on 11 October 2022. Samuel W. is controversial due to his leadership of the Organization for a Greater Fatherland and radical ideas, such as imperialist ambitions for Ausveria. However the status of New Kiautschou as a Reichskommissariat ended with the dissolution of national Ausveria and the creation of Zhangdao via the McDonalds treaty.

Economy
The economy of New Kiautschou is made up mostly of the acquisition of firearms, consumer goods such as Chinese food, and the production of Ausverian flags. However, due to the fall of National Ausveria, and the legalization of murder, robbery, and assault, the economy is now based around banditry and resource wars between the populace
