The chancellor of the United Ebareny, officially the chancellor of the United Republic of Ebareny (often abbreviated to COURE or COUE), is the head of government of the Ebareny government, and the commander-in-chief of the Ebareny National Security System. The chancellor is also a member of the House of State, unlike the president, and heads the executive branch of the national government. The chancellor is elected by the House of State as the leader of the majority party. The official chancellor residence is the Central House, located in "The Square".
