The Arstotzkan Union Federal Highway Network, also known as the Arstotzkan Union Federal State and Territorial Highway Network, constitutes the primary highway system spanning the Arstotzkan Union. This network encompasses nearly 10 state and territorial highways, distributed across 15 territories.

The Arstotzkan Highway Network has undergone significant transformations over time. The inaugural highway, designated as the Main Highway, was established on 25 November 2019. This designation persisted until 24 April 2021, when it was reclassified as Federal Highway 1, coinciding with the introduction of the Federal Highway System under the auspices of the Arstotzkan Federal Highway and Transport Authority. Initially, the Federal Highway System was confined to the Arstotzkan Union Proper, the sole state of the Arstotzkan Union. However, this changed with the second major highway system reform, which led to the establishment of the Federal Arstotzkan Highway System on 19 January 2022. This reform gave rise to the State Highway and Territorial Route Systems.

Following the dissolution of the Arstotzkan Union Proper on 31 December 2022, the Federal Arstotzkan Highway System entered a state of uncertainty and was subsequently overlooked by the Arstotzkan Federal Government. This situation persisted until the establishment of the Tangata Raki Territory on 21 April 2023. Three days later, the Arstotzkan Federal Highway and Transport Authority announced that, with governmental approval, the Federal Arstotzkan Highway System would be restructured as the Arstotzkan Union Federal State and Territorial Highway Network.

The Arstotzkan Union’s network spans 10.4 kilometres of highways. The most extensive of these is State Highway 6, located in the Tangata Raki Territory.

Network

The Arstotzkan Union has two types of Highways in its extensive network. State Highways and Territorial Highways. Previously State Highways only operated in States. This meant any highway in the Arstotzkan Union Proper was a State Highway and anything outside was Territorial Route. This changed when the system was upgraded.

State Highways

The Arstotzkan Union has 6 State Highways. With the new reforms, Territorial Routes 1 - 5 became State Highways as the new definition of State Highways was implemented. A State Highway in the Arstotzkan Union is defined as "any stretch of road (whether sealed or unsealed) that extends between two borders of the Arstotzkan Union to another nation." Not much else was changed and the shield used previously for State Highways was continued. State Highway 1 is exempt from this as it starts at a border and is the longest road in the Territory.

Territorial Highways

Territorial Highways are highways that extend from State Highways and are considered inter-state and inter-territory roads. There are four Territorial Highways.
