The Arstotzkan Territorial Government was the centralised political authority over the Territorial claims of the Arstotzkan Union. The government was first called the Oversight Government for Overseas Territories (OGOT) when it was created on 14 October 2020, however the name was later changed to Arstotzkan Territories Government on 28 October 2020 before its current name was instituted on 19 December 2020.
The Arstotzkan Territorial Government was the sole enforcer of law and was to moderate legislation when it is deemed to impact the territories. Under Article 9 of the Land and Territories Act 2020, the Arstotzkan Territorial Government held all power over the territories similar to the State Government of the Arstotzkan Union Proper.

The Arstotzkan Territorial Government was created on October 14, 2020 at the beginning of the Federalisation of the Arstotzkan Union programme.
