The Arstotzkan Territorial Government was the centralised political authority over the Territorial claims of the Arstotzkan Union. The Government was first called the Oversight Government for Overseas Territories (OGOT) when it was created on October 14, 2020, however the name was later changed to Arstotzkan Territories Government on October 28, 2020 before its current name was instituted on December 19, 2020.
The Arstotzkan Territorial Government is the sole enforcer of law and is to modirate legislation when it is deemed to impact the territories. Under Article 9 of the Land and Territories Act 2020, the Arstotzkan Territorial Government holds all power over the territories similar to the State Government of Sostoyaniye.

The Arstotzkan Territorial Government was created on October 14, 2020 at the beginning of the Federalisation of the Arstotzkan Union programme.
