The Arstotzkan Federal LGBT Relations Board is a government agency of the Ministry of Civil Protection and is tasked with maintaining and ensuring that the Arstotzkan Federal Government meets the needs and prevents and investigates actions committed against the LGBTQ+ community. The Board was created by Executive Presidential Order 0018 (A) on 21 October 2021.

History

On 21 October 2021, First President Ethan Brinkman saw a growing need and call for a body to be formed in the federal government for the sole purpose of monitoring and aiding in the development of freedoms in the Arstotzkan Union. Later that day he passed Executive Presidential Order 0018 (A) which established the organization as an advisory body in the federal government under the Ministry of Civil Protection but with oversight from the Executive Committee.

Two days later an amendment to Executive Presidential Order 0018 was passed to change leadership of the organization to Air Marshal Tyler Brazier.

Since then the organization has aided in the entrenchment of freedoms for LGBTQ+ peoples in the Arstotzkan Union, which have since been enshrined in the Constitution.

Because of the board, the Arstotzkan Union has become on the best safe havens of LGBTQ+ acceptance in the New Zealand micronational sector.
