The Amendment of Law (2019) is the oldest surviving document in the Arstotzkan Union. It was created by the first General Assembly of the Arstotzkan Union National Government. The document was the second piece of legislation created and it would be made for starting to build the framework of Arstotzkan Society with the growing independence.
