The 2023 Constituent Assembly Election was hold on 5 and 6 March 2023 to elect the Constituent Assembly. The Constituent Assembly once elected will have the task of writing a new constitution. A Presidential election and a Referendum to approve the formation of the Constituent Assembly were also be hold on the same date.

Election system

The 12 members of the assembly are elected according the D'Hondt proportional system, without any threshold.
