The 2023 League One season was intended to be the inaugural season of League One, the top tier of competition in Alsane half-field football. Two teams would have contested the season which was scheduled to start on 29 October 2023, playing four games in two locations. The season was expected to finish on 26 November with a final game on 26 November, where the winner of the season would have be decided.
Kersika City FC and Melodia United SC would have competed in the inaugural season, with more clubs expected to join in future seasons as part of the expansion of League One.
Teams
Two teams would have played the 2023 League One season, Kersika City Football Club and Melodia United Soccer Club. Both previously competed in the Alsane Football Championship in 2022, where Kersika City was declared the winner. The teams are also national rivals, with a significant portion of Kersika City players having played for Alsann in a match against a Melodian national team in 2022[1]

The results of the 2023 League One season (recorded below) were incomplete, as no games of the season were played. This was due to resourcing issues at the clubs, however there are plans to continue the planned format for the 2024 League One season.

Schedule
The 2023 League One season would have consisted of three regular games and one final. The regular games would have been played each Sunday starting 29 October 2023, and the final would have been on 26 November following a week break. The first and third games would have been at the Ibisca Pitch, with the opener to inaugurate the field, while the second game would have been played at Kersika Oval. The final would have been played at the home ground of the winning team.
