The Constitution of the Sovereign Kingdom of Humberlea, also known as the 2023 Humberlean Constitution is the superior law document of the Sovereign Kingdom of Humberlea. It was mostly written by Nicholas I with some input from Chris Ramsay. It contains nine chapters, 3359 words and 12 pages, making it the longest document of federal Humberlean law and third longest document in Mediolaurentian law. It was ratified and granted royal assent on July 27th 2023 at 11:30 AM EDT. Upon its assent, it succeeded the original 2021 Constitution.
