The Étattitulaire shall be elected directly by a simple majority of citizens votes and serve for life. The Étattitulaire is also the Commander-in-Chief of the Army. The Étattitulaire may Declare war with the majority of Parliament’s votes
Duty
The Étattitulaire’s main goal is to protect the security of the nation and protect national identity. The Role is based on the old Dutch Stadtholder.
