The Yusienia - Foreign Citizen War was a short conflict happend in Yusienia on August 2023. Apart from the participants, there were no witnesses to this battle, making it difficult to document its history.

Background

On 24 August 2023, Xiran Jin (a Yusienian citizen) and a foreigner visited Yusienia's summer office.

The Golf Ball Incident

The fuse of this war is the Golf Ball Incident. Before the war began, foreign citizens showed interest in a landmark golf ball with "YUSGOV" written on it on the president's desk. This golf ball became known as the Governmental Stele after the incident. At about 18:08, the foreign citizen played with the ball and then threw it where it was difficult to retrieve. Twinkle sees this as an affront to an important object with special national meaning, and calls on Xiran to join forces against the citizen through nonviolent means.

Battle around the room

Xiran is very loyal to Twinkle and he acted as Twinkle's main thug. The war quickly escalated to a quasi-violent stage. Although at this point the war is still highly joked. Twinkle appears to be the first to take up arms. She fetched a pvc pipe that had been used as a flagpole and pointed it at the foreign citizen. The foreign citizen takes up a sharp long-handled metal spatula as a weapon. Twinkle said it was a sharp weapon, while her own weapon was a blunt weapon. The sharp weapon held by the foreign citizen was dangerous, so the foreign citizen was persuaded to lay down the weapon.

With the war, some unilateral language violence began to appear. The foreign citizen rarely speak, which makes Xiran more cruel in his verbal violence against the foreign citizen. Twinkle also joined in at some point with verbal violence against the foreign citizen. According to Twinkle's recollection, Xiran also attacked the foreign citizen with his bare hands.

According to Twinkle's recollection, Yusienia took control of the vicinity of the president's desk, that is, the west part of the room, while the foreign citizen controlled the east part of the room.

At 18:11 foreign citizens occupied the presidential desk. Twinkle followed him and kept pointing the pipe at him like a pike in a Spanish Tercio. Xiran is quite fanatical about fighting. Later, after a series of changes of battle, the battle briefly shifted to Twinkle's bedroom.

The battle moved first to the east of the room and then to the northwest of the room at 18:16. This period of battle lines became clear because of Twinkle's photo records. At 18:16, Xiran grabbed both of the foreign citizen's arms and completely controlled him. Twinkle continues to use her "pike". The battle encircled the President's desk, continued to move to the north of the room, and Xiran released the foreign citizen.

Battle around the corner

Xiran picked up a metal tripod as a weapon. This weapon has a strong deterrent effect. Twinkle returned to her bedroom, grabs a Yusienian flag, and hangs it on the "pike", made it a battle flag. The battle moved again toward Twinkle's bedroom. Twinkle carried the flag aloft, and it inspired the Yusienians for the final push. On a narrow space in the southwestern corner of the room, Twinkle and Xiran surrounded the foreign citizen from the west and the north. At 18:21, the foreign citizen then retreat and leaved the room. After that, Twinkle and Xiran briefly celebrated the victory. She high-fived Xiran and waved the flag.

Aftermath

Opinions differ within Yusienia regarding the war. Foreign citizens cried sadly after the retreat. After the war, an emergency CRC meeting was held. Twinkle and Xiran attended the meeting. Twinkle believes that this is an inhumane and unjust war, because the age and strength of the two sides are very different. This is bullying, which seriously violates the Hexasophy and the principle of peaceful coexistence of Yusienia. But Xiran sees this as a righteous crusade against the enemy because the foreign citizen played with Twinkle's personal belongings, and he mocks the foreign citizen for being introvert, rarely speaking, and fear of the dark. Twinkle objected to Xiran's opinion, thinking that both she and Xiran were influenced by extreme nationalism, and that Xiran had machismo, which was disgusting. Twinkle further believes that an apology should be made to the enemy, and Yusienia will be spurned by foreign countries due to the unjust victory in this war. Xiran objected to Twinkle's opinion, he thought Yusienia should not apologize. In the end, Xiran proposed that a third party, that is, the parents of both parties, should handle this matter. Twinkle agrees with him only on this point.
