The Vice President of the United Socialist States is the second-highest executive officer of the United Socialist States. The Vice President is named Provisional President for a defined period, may be a candidate for President proper, and is placed in charge of the micronation in case the incumbent President resigns, is dismissed or is otherwise unable to exercise the functions of the office.
