The United Provinces of the Boneyard (UPB) was a sovereign state located in the Driftless Region. It consisted of three provinces and two territories. The capital and most populous city was Osville, founded in late August, two weeks before independence. As of the 2021 Independence Census, the population was 7 at it's height. The flag consisted of a black field with a Jolly Roger as the Canton, with three black and white stripes, alternating with white at the top.
Diplomacy
The UPB only has one official diplomatic relationship with one other country, the Republic of Surdam.
History
The Anarchist Periodwas a brief period during the beginning of the country when there was no law or government, at the time there was a very low rate of what would be considered crime in other countries. The Stone Age is the current period that the UPB is in. It began when the government was formed and houses started being built.
