The United Iceni Congress is the bicameral legislative of the United Iceni States.
Functions and Powers
Congress' authority is exercised through the passing of Acts of Congress, and so its power derives from its ability to create and change the country's laws. It has the authority to confirm Presidential appointees and ratify treaties.
