the Teylos Republic, officially the Republic of Teylos (Romanised Teylos: Tseylosé Stanereblik) was a short-lived country existing for only 2 years and 4 months, established after the 1903 Gyneil Palace Revolution, overthrowing the absolute monarch regime in Teylos.

The Teylos Republic is the first republic to exist in the history of Teylos, it was established as a temporary government to take over the empty power next-in-line, before officially becoming a consitutional monarch in 1905.

History

The Revolution

On 16 April 1903, an uprising for more balancing power is staged in the Gyneil Palace, led by Jean-Verinté. As the royal guard seems to have been preparing fire at the crowds, it became worse. A revolution was declared by Jorj Hanor, a historian who came in and joined the crowd.


After the Revolution

In 29 April of the same year, a few days after the Gyneil Palace Revolution, the royal members were exiled to the island of floatenland.

Therefore, there are no people in charge of the country; Giving a gap of succession. Jean-Verinté is the most powerful one in all of the people estimated to run the country. Jean-Verinté established a temporary government to replace the empty gap of governance.

Flag design

The flag of Teylos Republic, sometimes called "The Wide White and the narrow blue" is designed according to the constitution.

The flag would show the representation of our proud conversion to democracy, therefore a design shall be held.

The constitution itself is not yet finished until the 1905 Consitutional Monarch era.

Internationally chosen, a white and blue stripe.

— With possession, a conference has been made and would not be deviated until when wanted.
