Proposal

Good evening. The Foreign Ministry of the Holy Esgeldian Tsardom (russian micronational community) is extremely intrigued by the existence of Revalia and would like to know if Revalian officials have the opportunity to hold an informal conversation with us with the possibility of establishing closer foreign policy relations in the future? Thank you in advance for your answer, whatever it may be.
