Mysterious deletion

@Austenasia: Page was deleted by your team member, @Maine: relating to a Paloman city that is in the process of being dissolved without proper rationale. Nothing was wrong or is wrong with the page; deletion seems motivated in a negative way. Even if its going to be dissolved soon that doesn't give a rationale to delete the page. Reasoning @Maine:? --Cookieman1.1.1 (talk) 23:45, 7 September 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

@Cookieman1.1.1: My apologies, I was under the impression it was already dissolved, I can restore it until it is dissolved. Page has been restored, let me know when it has been dissolved. Sir Archie Birch 00:14, 8 September 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@Maine: pages dont get deleted if it is about something former. --Cookieman1.1.1 (talk) 10:36, 8 September 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Also these were deleted:
@Cookieman1.1.1: I wanted to delete the page following issues in the past, it was my region and auth request, it was inline with policy afaik Sir Archie Birch 12:53, 8 September 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

https://micronations.wiki/index.php?title=Special:Upload&wpDestFile=Star_Flag_Paloma_2.png https://micronations.wiki/index.php?title=Special:Upload&wpDestFile=Dorward_Flag_Paloma.png It seems a bit like targeted vandalism but I will assume good faith, reason for this also being deleted? --Cookieman1.1.1 (talk) 10:50, 8 September 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

@Cookieman1.1.1: Deleted those after the article was originally, was unused at that point, will restore till page is deleted again Sir Archie Birch 12:53, 8 September 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@Maine: since when was that the rules? Unused isn't a justification and we both know this wiki has a ton of articles relating to defunct things --Cookieman1.1.1 (talk) 20:43, 8 September 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
If the article is in regards to a former (or soon to be former) polity, then the wording can just be changed to past tense. There's really no need to delete it, unless there's cause for concern about privacy. Austenasia (talk) 21:56, 8 September 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
