Pinging someones IP multiple times until it stops pinging does not mean your hacking, all you are doing is requesting a connection until their IP won't connect anymore.
It does not mean you are "hacking" them, neither did they go offline.
I'm assuming you did the same to me when you grabbed my IP with the grabify link, but yet you incorrectly guessed my IP location with a horrible IP locator, even though my address is on Google Maps.
There was no "website hacking" or "data breaching" if you are pinging someone's IP. Pinging the person who called you a "roleplayer" with the IP 213.100.217.25 until it closes your connection does not mean the person went offline, neither did you "hack" them.
Dubious tag stays, if you undo the tag, I will personally contact an administrator.

I'll be contacting the rest of the administration team about this. Until then, the "dubious" tag stays. Persistently removing it will only encourage the possibility of a ban.

Wiki admin here - yep, until someone provides some evidence for the claims in this article, the tag stays. Removing it will result in a ban.
