Tai Kat Leng (Chinese: 大吉嶺), officially known as the District of Tai Kat Leng, is the capital of the Federation of Moshui and Kichi. It is the seat of most Moshui and Kichi federal government agencies and has numerous museums and cultural and historical sites.
Tai Kat Leng is actually a federal district directly governed by the Federal government and therefore does not belong to any state in the Moshui and Kichi.
