Ruo Shui (December 3, 2007 - ) is a Moshuian politician who is currently the president of the Federation of Moshui and Kichi, member of the Federation Council, and the chairman of the Ta Chi Ling Liberal Party. She previously served as President of the Republic of Kichi and Prime Minister of the Grand Duchy of Kichi.
Ruo Shui was born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She has been exposed to picture books about micronationalist since primary school, and has been involved in micronational affairs since 2021. After years of development, she holds absolute power in today's Federation. She also wrote "Passionate, Free, and Open Development" and has become the mainstream ideology of the Federation.
