History

State Highway 1 was originally known as Main Highway since November 25, 2019 until it was changed to be Federal Highway 1 in April 2021 following the April Territorial Expansion. In 2022 this was changed and it became State Highway 1. Similar to the State Highway 1 in New Zealand it is equal in the fact of its shield which is a direct copy of the one in New Zealand, only in design and also the fact that it is the longest state highway in the country. In September 2022 it was extended as a part of the Arstotzkan Union Proper Improvement Scheme by the Arstotzkan Federal Government.

In February 2023, the highway was moved to the Gollandiya Capitol Territory along with State Highway 2, which was moved to the Kivi Territory. At the time the territory was only about 2,000m2, making State Highway 1 one of the shortest highways in the country at only 22.8m long. Nearly a year later, in March 2024 the territory was expanded and so was the highway, which made it 1 kilometre long.
