State Council of Oshad
The State Council of Oshad is the legislative body of the Republic of Oshad. Formed on the 9th of October 2021 by President Luke of Oshad with the passing of the Constitution of Oshad with the Utopian Party immediately coming to power after it's foundation.

History
Foundation
The State Council of Oshad was founded on the 9th of October 2021 by President Luke of Oshad, the first President of Oshad.
Members & Appointment
Every city and district within Oshad has a Member of Parliament, appointed by the President of Oshad (sometimes on the advice of the Prime Minister), to represent the constituency within the state council. As Oshad is a one party state, all Members of Parliament are also members of the Utopian Party.
Procedure
On the summoning of a meeting by the President or Prime Minister of Oshad all members of the State Council, sometimes the Council of Governors and/or Cabinet of Oshad all assemble at the Houses of Parliament to meet.
