The role of Prime Minister of Oshad was founded on the 9th of October 2021 after the formation of the role of President of Oshad.
Appointment and Dismissal
The Prime Minister of Oshad is appointed by the President of Oshad and serves at the President's pleasure.
The President may also remove the incumbent Prime Minister from office.
Role and Power of the Prime Minister
Executive Powers
As the Head of Government the Prime Minister may call and adjourn meetings of the State Council of Oshad and the Cabinet in accordance with the President. The Prime Minister may also propose laws to the State Council and the President.
The Prime Minister of Oshad also may recommend people for appointment into the Cabinet.
Legislative Powers
The Prime Minister is tasked with representing the government on official state business. The Prime Minister also does exercise some control over the affairs of the Government.
