The Spensonian Agrarian Socialist Republic is a landlocked country in the Mid-Atlantic region, originally and officially still part of the United States, however de-facto independent. Its claimed territory is surrounded by the United States (New Jersey) and encompasses 33 acres. The terrain is mostly forested with a large field at its center.

Federal Subjects
The federation is divided into three types of administration:
- Region: governed by an administrator appointed by the President. It has autonomy in the the sectors of economy, agriculture, resources, and justice. Indeed, each administrator can, by decree, enrich a local codex.
- Republic: governed by an administrator elected by the local population. Initial administrator is appointed by the President. Term of office is six months with no limitation of tenure. It has autonomy in all sectors. Each administrator may, by decree, enrich a local codex. Recognition of a local identity.
- Frontier Territory claimed by the central government. Represents the claimed territory of the Republic, without any executive control.

The economic system of the SASR is a planned economy. The economy mainly revolves around agriculture, but also provides services for citizens of the United States.
