The Sovereign of Turisa is the title of the of the sovereign of the Federal Republic of Turisa. The sovereign is the head of state and cheif of government of the republic. The Sovereign represents Turisa in all diplomatic matters, althought does get advice from their appointed Regent. The Sovereign is responsible for the safety and security of Turisa. They command the republic’s armed forces and have the authority to declare war or make peace.
