The Socialist Party of Seybold is a now-defunct Political Party of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. It has merged with the Stalinist Party of Seybold.

History
Website Submitted
On 13 December 2018, Bodhi Keourac, who is also the head of the Socialist Party of Seybold, created a website for the Socialist Party of Seybold. He created the website to help new citizens of Seybold decide their political party by providing more information on his. The domain of the website is socialismforseybold.wordpress.com, which brings you to the Homepage of the website. At the top of the website, there is a very large picture of the Socialist Party of Seybold logo above the words “Socialist Party of Seybold” and the subtitle “Socialism for Seybold!”, which is the motto of the Socialist Party of Seybold. There are three sections on the website, the Homepage, the News page, and the “Chair” page. The Homepage has a small article about the Socialist Party of Seybold, which says quote, “The Socialist Party of Seybold is the second oldest and most Socialist political party of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. We are a Socialist and Socialist Feminist political party hoping for a new horizon in Seybold.” The news page currently has nothing on it, but Bodhi Keourac claims that he will be writing articles on the website very soon. The “Chair” section of the just tells you the current chair of the Socialist Party of Seybold, which is Bodhi Keourac. Bodhi Keourac is very proud of the new website.
Role in the 2019 Seybold Civil War Threat
On 8 March 2019, Maxmillian Joseph, leader of the newly founded radicalist Stalinist Party of Seybold, announced that he was considering declaring a “civil war” on the majority of political parties in the Democratic Republic of Seybold. The reason that “majority” was said was that the Socialist Party of Seybold sided with the Stalinist Party, due to similar ideologies and political placement.
Merging with the Stalanist Party
On 10 March 2019, the leader of the Socialist Party of Seybold announced one of the largest announcements of Seyboldish political history. Bodhi Keourac, who was the leader of the Socialist Party of Seybold, announced that his party would be merging with the newly founded Stalinist Party of Seybold. Even though Bodhi Keourac could not give us a statement on the reason of the merging, but the public guess is that they merged because of similar opinions in the 2019 Seybold Civil War Threat and overall similar political placement on the political spectrum. Overall, the merger shocked the majority of government members of the Democratic Republic of Seybold. President Cooper Norfolk personally was not shocked by the merger, as he said the quote, “saw it coming from a while away”, meaning that he was expected that they would merge. His opinion is most likely based on the fact that they sided with each other during the Seybold Civil War Threats and that the leaders of the parties have similar ideologies, both radicalist ideologies of course. The new name of the merged political party is the Stalin-Socialism Party of Seybold. It was named that way because two main ideologies of each political party, Stalinism and Socialism, have been combined. The party name should not affect the overall appearance of the political party, but it still is a notable change. The leader of the party is still Maxmillian Joseph, meaning the Bodhi Keourac has no power in the political world of the Democratic Republic of Seybold anymore, which he most likely does not mind whatsoever. The new ideologies of the Stalin-Socialism Party of Seybold are relatively the same as they were under the Stalinist Party, but there are some changes. The new ideologies of the Stalin-Socialism Party of Seybold are Stalinism, Environmentalism, Social Liberalism, and the newly added Eco-Socialism, which was once a political ideology of the Socialist Party of Seybold. The logo of the Stalin-Socialism Party of Seybold is exactly the same logo as the Stalinist Party of Seybold except for the fact that the name on the logo has changed to the Stalin-Socialism Party of Seybold. The new political party now has two members, making it the third largest political party in the Democratic Republic of Seybold. In a statement to the Seybold Today newspaper, party leader Maxmillian Joseph said quote, ” The [leader of the Socialist Party] is a good boy”, somewhat unprofessionally. Maxmillian Joseph is overall happy about the merging of the two political parties.

Seybold World Map Referendum
During the Seybold World Map Referendum, which is a referendum that is currently being held by the Seybold Department of Tourism to decide whether they would like to remove two micronations that the Democratic Republic of Seybold does not recognize anymore, the Kingdom of Auvenum and the Democratic Republic of Fort Dunkin from the Seybold World Map or not, the entirety of the Socialist Party of Seybold voted to remove the two micronations mentioned above on the map. They are currently the only political party that has voted this way.
